Therapy
Growing Years Psychology offers school aged child and young people psychological therapeutic sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

You do not need a referral to access therapeutic services at Growing Years Psychology. However, a child or young person with a valid referral from a General Practitioner (GP) with a Mental Health Care Plan, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist can receive a Medicare rebate of $98.05 per session. They can access up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. View Medicare Benefits for People Under the Age of 25 Years.
Growing Years Psychology does not offer bulk billing. If you are insured with a private health fund, you may be entitled to certain rebates. This rebate depends on your level of cover and individual health fund.

Growing Years Psychology does not provide reports for courts, including Family Court Australia.

Growing Years Psychology is not a mental health crisis service, rather a therapeutic service.

Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours notice = no fee

Between 48 and 72 hours notice = 25% of appointment fee

Between 24 and 48 hours notice = 50% of appointment fee

Less than 24 hour notice = 100% of appointment fee

Non-attendance = 100% of appointment fee
